Deaf & Disabled People in TV (DDPTV) has teamed up with Sky to increase the number of Deaf, Disabled and/or Neurodivergent professionals working in television.

We are looking for 20 DDPTV Members to apply who are working as Development Execs, Directors, Editors (post-production), Exec Producers, Line Producers, Location Managers, Prod Execs, Producer, Script Editor, Showrunners, Story Producers, Writers, or 1st ADs. Those selected will meet with the Sky Drama and Comedy Commissioning Team, and independent producers who produce content for Sky at a Meet & Greet on Wednesday the 27th of November 2024.

Apply for this in-person event using our online application below, which will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. Both Sky and DDPTV know the importance of regionality when telling stories. Sky is offering to pay for 8 DDPTV Members travel to London (either train or flight depending on location), and a night in a hotel on the evening of the 26th or 27th of November. Please indicate whether this is required for your attendance, and please remember we have a limited number of attendees for whom we can pay travel and accommodation. Your application answers, CV, and image will be supplied to both the Sky Team and independent producers invited to the event.

We will review your application as quickly as possible. If you have demonstrated your suitability for the event, we will send you an invite and request you complete a larger access requirement form so we can meet your needs.

The application deadline is Thursday the 12th of September 2024, 13:00.
